This patisserie display counter from Igloo has a mix of finishes that consists of anodised aluminium and galvanised steel. These finishes help to create a strong and durable unit that will last long even under constant use. The unit also features a curved glass frontage which is both durable and attractive. You will have easy access to your products by using the Perspex sliding back covers.
The model has an automatic defrost system for the elimination of frosted ice within the counter. A gravity cooling system ensures that cold temperatures are provided constantly while a digital control and temperature display help you actively monitor and adjust the temperature according to your needs.
Your products will be provided with temperatures ranging from 2°C to 8°C for their proper preservation. You will also have a chance to showcase products in ambient temperatures thanks to two of the three glass shelves present in the display area.
The unit has a white LED which offers the proper illumination to your products which helps in the viewing and selection of the food items. All Beta products include 24 months parts warranty as standard.
