Honeywell HDLS Standard Series — MICRO SWITCH Rugged, Heavy-Duty Limit Switches:
The HDLS Series heavy-duty limit switches include boss-and-socket head design for secure head-to-body retention, unique all-metal drive train for consistent operating characteristics even at high temperatures, and self-lifting pressure plate terminals to save wiring time. With its rugged housing, the HDLS Series is sealed to NEMA 1, 3, 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12, 13; IP65/66/67. Side rotary versions may be modified for CW and/or CCW operation, while operating heads may be rotated 90°. Low and high temperature sealing options available.
Honeywell’s MICRO SWITCH heavy-duty limit switches’ modular construction allows for a wide variety of actuator styles, operating heads, and electrical circuitry options. The plug-in versions greatly reduce downtime on production lines with high actuation rates as replacement of the switch can be accomplished in seconds. The base receptacle contains all the wiring and conduit connection while the switching component with operating head easily assembles to the base and is attached with two screws. They are ideal for many applications with demanding indoor and/or outdoor environments, where they may be subjected to shock or vibration from equipment, temperature extremes, dust, splashing water, coolant, and/or hose-directed water.
